Ideal for disassemble volumes, with or without box, it has a production of up to 03 packs per minute and is indicated for the most diverse products, from different segments, without the consumption of compressed air and equipment fully compatible with standard NR12 safety.
Compact in function and low in consumption, developed to pack disassembled and assembled furniture with or without a box. The machine features a low-consumption heat shrink system that optimizes the process and makes production much more agile. In the process, the products are surrounded by an upper and a lower layer of film, supplied by independent reels. The electromechanical actuation of the sealing bar allows the operator to adjust the height of the machine to make the sealing time of the volumes smaller. The Series has a safety system against collision of the knife and welding ruler and sensors for identifying the passage of pack, bringing options that improve the machine's performance, such as an easel set for a bubble and a gas burner. Ideal for disassemble volumes, with or without box, it has a production of up to 03 packs per minute and is indicated for the most diverse products, from different segments, without the consumption of compressed air and equipment fully compatible with standard NR12 safety.
